Thanks for this great information! I have been looking into restaurant hood cleaning, mine is getting quite dirty. I have been unsure of how it works or if I really need to invest in it. After reading this, for the safety of my company I should probably look into it some more. Thanks for sharing!

I don't know how many restaurants can get away without cleaning their hoods. It isn't too hard and it can prevent so many bad things from happening. Plus, a restaurant hood cleaning service really doesn't cost that much money if you compare it to the money you could save by preventing a fire.

Thank you for the information! I am so glad I found the Shannon Company. I have been doing my own exhaust hood cleaning for a while but I can't do it like they can. I am going to give them a call soon.

It is very important to get exhaust hood cleaning regularly. With out it, it can start a really bad fire, it is unsafe and unhealthy as well. Just make sure that you keep things clean.

I have never thought of that, but it makes perfect sense. I have been trying to clean my exhaust hood by myself, and it wasn't working out very well. The internet has such great ideas sometimes that you would never think of otherwise.

It's really important for restaurants to clean their kitchen hoods from time to time. I've heard about how fires have burned down restaurants because they neglected to clean their hoods. It also seems important for sanitation purposes. I can imagine that there's a lot of bacteria that's on kitchen hoods that needs to be cleaned out regularly.
